Appointments, Lateness & No-shows:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the cost of your service and the remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment.

• Your appointment is not confirmed until I have received a deposit and an official appointment confirmation has been issued to you via text/email.

• If you are anymore than 20 minutes late I will not have time to complete the service and your appointment will be cancelled. This is to keep my schedule on track so please take account of traffic and road closures, so you can arrive on time.

• If you do not show up to your appointment and fail to contact me you will be blocked from booking with me in future.

• For the safety and efficiency of your service, children, pets, or guests cannot accompany you to your appointment.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment you will loose your deposit and another deposit will be required to secure a new appointment.

• If I am forced to cancel your appointment due to a failure to follow pre-appointment instructions, presenting with a condition contraindicated for the intended procedure your appointment will be cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit.

Right to Refuse Service:

• I reserve the right to decline service to individuals displaying abusive, disrespectful, or uncooperative behavior. This policy also extends to those under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Payments & Refunds:

• I accept cash, card or bank transfer. I do not accept cheques.

• Your payment reflects the value of my time, expertise, creative skills, materials, and operational expenses as an artist. In light of this comprehensive consideration, please note that refunds are not permissible under any circumstance.

Privacy Policy:

• All personal information collected during consultations and procedures is handled with care, ensuring its security and exclusive use for the purpose of enhancing and customising your service.

Mobile Phone Policy:

• To ensure a smooth and timely service, please switch your mobile phone to silent and keep it stored away during your appointment. This ensures that services run on time and maintains a calm environment.

Age Restrictions:

• As per the Tattooing of Minors Act 1969, you must be at least 18 years old to have a permanent makeup treatment.
